Leveling System

The BarBattles Leveling System can be activated by typing `>module enable leveling`. BarBattles must have manage roles permission and have its role higher in the hierarchy.

Command	Description
General Commands
>level [user]	See your level or the level of someone else on the server.
>leaderboard levels	See the top 10 level leaders on the server.
>ranks levels	See level role ranks that have been setup on the server.
Configuration Commands
>module leveling <on/off>	Turn the Leveling System on or off. It is off by default. Manage Server permissions required
>module leveling message <LevelUpMessage>	Set the message that users will see when the level up. Add variables: {user} {level} Manage Server permissions required
>module leveling channel [#channel]	Set the channel that the level up message appears in. This is optional. Manage Server permissions required
>module leveling xprate <number>	Set the rate that users achieve XP points. The default is 1.0. Manage Server permissions required
>module leveling rank <@role> [level]	Add/remove ranks. Remove an existing rank by tagging it without the level. Manage Server permissions required
>module leveling blacklist [#channel]	Add the current channel or specified channel to the blacklist. Most server owners blacklist bot only and spam channels. Manage Server permissions required
